essence of the celebration which is to empower the women and respect them
because the women of today’s era have the capability of what men have. As the

how to be able to empower women in this generation.
March 19, 2022 – The PNP RTC XI
women in uniform together with the PNP women trainees conducted their laboratory
activity on the qualification Bread and Pastry Production NC II at TESDA WNAS.
The trainees perform the four (4) core competencies of BPP NC II which are the
Prepare and produce bakery products, Prepare and produce pastry products,
Prepare and present gateaux, tortes, and cakes, and Prepare and display petits
fours. As the month celebrates women’s empowerment, these PNP women trainees
are indeed empowered through the skills that they gain in Bread and Pastry
Production.
March of every year, the nation recognizes women’s valuable role in society and proves that inclusive and sustainable development is only possible when gender equality becomes obtainable. In this month also, the country informs and engages women as pioneers and beneficiaries of government programs and services – to promote citizen-centric governance and make “change” a conscious effort to know, understand, and provide what ALL citizens need. And most especially inspires and empowers women and girls to be agents of change – to contribute to promoting gender equality and the empowerment of all women.
