Vocational Instruction Supervisor Melanie M. Domingo attended the
People's Organization Consultative Dialogue at the Headquarters of 3rd
Infantry (Regardless of What) Battalion, 7th Infantry (Kaugnay)
Division, Philippine Army in Brgy. Malagos, Baguio District, Davao City.
The conduct of the Civil-Military Operation is in partnership with different stakeholders covering the significant areas of the 3rd District of Davao City to facilitate peaceful and conflict resilient communities.

As
part of their mandate to maintain peace and order, the unit led by its
Commanding Officer, LTC Juvenal Mark T. Tayamen (GSC) PA, steered a
Consultative Dialogue participated by thirteen (13) People’s
Organization that they organized and managed.

It aims to increase the knowledge of POs in terms of financial management, linkages, and marketing schemes. Also, to create farming opportunities and possibly address the poverty problems of the farmers.
Mr.
Hiquial expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the troops because they
made the way to reach out to the disadvantaged communities through the
Whole of Nation Approach. He commended their determination in solving
the insurgency while bringing long-term developments in the area.

Engr.
Domingo presented the programs offered by the institution that the POs
can avail of to develop themselves. TESDA will provide skills training
that their members can have access to new trends and technology in
agriculture, leading to effective farming management and will cause
sustainable livelihood.

the concerted efforts of PRLEC member agencies, they can ensure of
providing continuous services for their community.

He
added, to strengthen and able to compete with the market, he envisioned
merging the same products of the different associations and creating
clusters. This will safeguard better income prospects for the
